Issue 48: Error parsing pdf

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Check this book out for two weeks 
https://archive.org/details/tonelinguisticsu0000unse/page/296/mode/2u
p
2. Download the .acsm
3. Try to decrypt it

Expected result: The PDF should parse

Actual result: After 100% downloaded errors with

Exception code : 0xb
Message        : Invalid token �� at offset 27589
File           : src/uPDFParser.cpp:495

Hi Igor,

I cannot borrow this book until someone return the loan :) You can 
also directly send me the PDF by email for analysis.
