Issue 38: Invalid encrypted key size (192). DRM version not supported

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Tried downloading both an ePub and PDF from ProQuest
2. acsmdownloader got both ePub and PDF
3. adept_remove generated an error

Expected result:

Decrypted files

Actual result:

Exception code : 0x6006
Message        : Invalid encrypted key size (192). DRM version not 
supported
```

Using 0.7.2 openssl3

Can you send me your encrypted sample and the trace in verbose (-v 
-v -v) mode ? Thanks
